Some patrons express disappointment with the fresh orange juice, noting it often comes from a carton rather than being freshly squeezed. Occasionally, long queues form during peak hours, so timing may require some patience. A few diners find that certain menu specials could use more variety, wishing for more innovative options. While prices are considered fair, some feel that specific dishes could be more substantial for the cost, leading to a mixed impression regarding portion sizes.
Great coffee. Great food would recommend full Scottish and granola bowl. Fresh orange could be actually fresh though, just from carton.
I drop in on a Sunday and treat myself to the full Scottish breakfast. Love the lorne sausage, tattie scone, black pudding bacon, fried eggsx2, mushrooms, hash brown, beans and toast. Washed down with a cup of tea. All for £14.90. Well worth the money.
The food in this place is amazing and the specials menus are so different - well done to the chefs and staff - I always leave with a clean plate!
Me and my girlfriend came in for lunch yesterday. She said the Cesar salad was spot on the chicken was lovely. I had the tuna and cheese panini was also very tasty. Nice friendly staff would recommend.
This little bistro is a gem of a find. The staff are very attentive and look happy to work there. Maia was so lovely and attended to my every need. As I was sitting waiting for my gorgeous chicken, mozzarella and pesto toastie - I saw a staff member offering to help another staff member. This is really refreshing to see. Thank you for putting the time and effort into putting not only the needs of the customer first, but also the needs of the staff. I'll definitely be back 💜
1st visit and it was busy. After a misunderstanding regarding a queue we were seated. Good menu and ordered tea for 2. Ps they only do tea pots for 1 so order 2 teas. I ordered full cooked and it did not disappoint it was absolutely delicious. It really hit the spot so much so that i spent the afternoon sleeping it off😂. I will definitely be back soon.!!!!
Nice ciabatta with meatballs, sugo and cheese, served with a well dressed salad. High chair didn’t have buckles but waitresses promptly got another. Would return for sure. Friendly gentlemen took payment also
